I am sorry to hear that you have not found this item to be an effective treatment for you on this occasion.
Dry skin can be a common side effect of this treatment as it is designed to dry the skin in order to reduce oily skin and the spots this can cause.
I can see that it has been around a month since your order was placed and it is also important to note that due to the length of the skin cycle we would normally expect you to start seeing results after 6 to 8 weeks.
The dryness you are experiencing can be managed in two ways. Either you can reduce the dose to once every other day and then build back up to allow your skin to grow used to the medication or if you are not already we would encourage you to ensure you are moisturising. This can either be layered or sandwiched by applying moisturiser and medicine at the same time or moisturising, waiting 5 minutes before applying the medicine, and another 5 before moisturising again.
