I totally recommend - but stick with a really good cleansing routing too and maybe have a little calming cream to offset the sting if it gets too much (basic calamine lotion is perfect) Dont be afraid to take it off with a micellar cleansing lotion if a patch gets too hot.
If you really want to balance your rosecea/ spots or high colour invest in this.”
