The product that you have purchased is a generic medication that is manufactured by a variety of different companies but it is important to note that the active ingredient within the medication remains identical.
As a regulated online pharmacy, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, often the same as the traditional high street pharmacies, many of which will also stock a variety of generic medications from a range of brands.
Where possible we do provide the item pictured on our website however underneath the image on our website we will advise: The brand supplied may vary. Please contact us if you require specific brands. The reason for this is because we may occasionally substitute a generic or unbranded product depending on stock availability from our wholesalers, at the time.
However I do understand that you may wish to have a specific brand provided that you have used successfully previously and we are always happy to accommodate this where possible.
Our support team have contacted you to help further to ensure that we can rectify this for you. We will also note your account so that on any future orders your preferred brand is provided to ensure you are happy with the future medications being provided.
“I have the pills, but I was under the impression that, having ordered 48 pills, I would receive a small box containing 48 pills, because an image of this was on the website when I ordered. Instead I received a large package through the mail containing 12 boxes of four pills each. I then spent a half hour cutting up the packaging to reduce it all so that I could fit them into one small normal pill box.”

This is a very popular form of medication which we provide in multiples of 4, which we have tried to make clear on our website by showing an image of the packaging indicating that 4 tablets are enclosed in each box. We have also listed all available quantities that you can select which are shown as, for example, 12 x 4 tablets for the 48 ordered.
I do want to apologise however if this was not clear, and our marketing team will review the webpage to understand if there is a more clear way we can show each patient the items that will be received.
