From reviewing your account I can see that two items were ordered and that for one of these items the clinical team had asked for some additional information to help ensure this treatment would be safe and appropriate for you.
I can see that you declined to provide this information and that we let you know prior to dispatch that this item would be refunded from your order with the other item being dispatched to you accordingly.
The item received is one which has recently had a packaging change from the manufacturer and a change in pack size as a result.
I am very sorry to hear that you have not found our pricing competitive to other retailers in the market place. We use the same suppliers as many of the high street pharmacies and always want to ensure our pricing remains competitive.
We do however offer seasonal discounts and if you are signed up to our mailing list you may wish to take advantage of one of these for your next order.
