“I utilise Solpadine Max tablets as they are the only soluble pain relievers that do not cause me any issues. I have shoulder impingements that at this point in time are intermittantly painful that can result in shoulder /arm & nexck ache. It can also progress to Headaches.
Of course solpadine has to be respected with the doseage. So I use them in a measured way.
