“This is a great introduction to the range of meat from Swaledale. The meat is so tender and the Rib Eye Steaks were super tasty. Hardly anything dripped from the Breakfast Sausages when I grilled them. The lamb roasted well. Not had the chicken or pork chops yet but we did have both previously in a BBQ box and enjoyed them.
