“Pleased to find the dry cure bacon really was dry cured. None of that white goo that comes from some bacons. Have already enjoyed the topside roast (and hot beef sandwiches with leftovers!) and diced beef which was lovely big chunks. One small criticism, could we have more chicken in the box, please?”
