I bought two of these and gave them to a friend, thinking I could buy some more... :( Wish I had saved one back for breakfast tacos. He said they were amazing too...! Please can we have these back so I can try them with breakfast tacos myself, please..??

Absolutely sensational. Wonderful texture, depth of flavour and spicing. Cooked indirectly at 130 over applewood for an hour and a half then 15 mins vortex. Please get more stock!!!

This was a real revelation, an excellent recipe, cooks really well. So far we've used these in three recipes and it was a winner each time. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to try this awesome Chorizo.

Excellent, quite spicy and drier than other chorizo, but we bbq’d it so possibly not so dry if cooked in a pan or grilled.

Absolutely delicious - I bought it to barbecue but the weather let me down, even cooked in a frying pan it was fantastic. Distinctly different from a Spanish fresh chorizo and just lovely. We had it in salads with black beans, cubes of sweet potato and pico de gallo.

I ordered two of the Swaledale x Breddos Toluca-style Red Chorizo and I smoked them using a Kamado ceramic smoker, Cherry wood, for 2 hours. They tasted amazing, and probably the best Chorizo I've ever had.
