“Not just for breakfast! Last night we had these wonderful tender fragrant meaty sausages that were perfectly seasoned for dinner. Cooked as a sausage and jersey royal ‘stifado’ using the excess of stifado sauce from the Swaledale chicken dish we had recently! A fragrant sauce of tomatoes, shallots herbs, cinnamon and red wine. Yum yum! The texture of the sausages is perfect. Served with a big Lebanese Bekka valley red.”
