“OK - so they were in my freezer for 18 months which is obviously not recommended, but these were absolutely perfect and I didn't feel there was any deterioration. I hardly ever choose chicken breast, but this chicken had incredible flavour and was so juicy and tender! I would definitely buy this one again. Put onto skewered and grilled over charcoal for 30 minutes (mostly indirect, finished direct).”
“The pork was absolutely gorgeous - incredibly succulent. Skewered and cooked over charcoal on a pretty high direct heat, the outside was sweet and slightly caramelly and the inside was really porky and juicy. Hope this one comes back!”
