“It’s often hard to source good fleshy chicken wings so I was delighted to come across these when I was looking through the Swaledale website. The chickens are herb-fed so the wings are full of flavour roasted just as they are or alternatively I’ve marinated them in a spicy sauce to give them that extra kick. Served on their own as a snack or with fries as a main meal they live up to expectations.”
