“Steaks were a generous thick size with zero fat so I was able to cut them in half, to serve one between two of us and freeze the second one. I followed the frying instructions but added a glass of red wine to deglaze the pan and a spoonful of redcurrant jelly, rested the meat as recommended and it was absolutely delicious - full of flavour and so tender. A fabulous Saturday night dinner with chips, braised red cabbage and steamed kalettes. Our first purchase but certainly won't be our last.”
