Very meaty. I cooked in the slow cooker with split peas, carrots, celery, onion and homemade chicken stock. Best pea and ham soup ever.

Lots of meat on it. Was very impressed as not too much fat. Easily enough for two servings. Really tasty.

Increasingly difficult to find at our local butcher, this is consistently available at Swaledale.
