Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your honest feedback. I'm sorry to hear the vacuum seal had come undone - whilst we do use a strong grade of recyclable bag to minimise the risk of this, it is possible a bang or contact with a sharp object can cause the seal to come undone. All our products are packed to order on the day of despatch so this would pose no risk in terms of food safety, although we would recommend using promptly or freezing.
