“When you are able to combine crunch and succulence within a dish along with incredible flavour and texture you are most certainly onto a winner. The pork that was supplied was probably the best we have ever had and we live in pork country but this surpassed everything that has come before. The juices which came out on the resting added so much taste to our gravy coating the vegetables in a truly lovely flavour. This won’t be our last.”
