“I once had pig's ear in Spain and spain and I'm sorry to say it was disgusting. I've avoided it ever since (easy done!) but when I saw Swaledale were selling it I decided t give it another go. I'm glad I did. Cooked in the slow cooker, cooled, sliced thinly then fried, it was delcicious. Just be warned - put a lid on your pan or stand well back as if spits everywhere!”
