Cut into chunks, marinated in shawarma spices, skewered and cooked on the BBQ. Squeezed lemon over it after and it was incredibly delicious.
I'll admit that prepping the heart was a little stomach churning (all the excess blood, ventricles etc) but the taste more than made up for it.
