Seared over a high heat and then rested, this was really delicious- will be having this again. It was a lovely treat for two!

Wasn’t sure if the lamb would be ok but needn’t have worried. Meat arrived on time and vacuum packed ready for the freezer. When cooked, the meat was tender and very very tasty. Buy with confidence.

Very tasty and tender. I removed all the fat, which I hate, seared it in butter, oil, garlic and rosemary, when browned off, put it in a 180 degree fan oven for 8 mins, rested for 8 mins and it was spot on

A beautiful piece of lamb. Cooked sous vide at 56 degrees centigrade for 1 hour; then finished in a pan.

Delicious meat.The texture and flavour were very,very good.We are trying a rack of lamb for our Easter dinner.

Excellent quality, tender and tasty. I tried to buy locally, but it was never in stock. No problem from Swaledale and at a very competitive price.
