Cooked early Christmas morning using a meater probe to medium before wrapping in foil and placing in a cool box to take to parents. Probably rested for a good 4hrs and was absolutely stunning.”
“The beef arrived with my other joint of meat and all seemed fine! When we opened the vacuum package it was baggy so we assume it had a split/tear in it. The meat smelled very strong and there was a small area that looked mouldy, which we cut off. After cooking the beef was delicious, tender and tasty but still had a strong smell.”
