I find this invaluable to help give a little more fat and flavour to burgers, doesn’t need much, about 70gm to every 500gm pack I also use on top of a steak, when finishing in the oven to help keep it moist

I used this instead of ordinary suet to make the suet crust for steak and kidney pie - fabulous taste.

Perfect for making beef tallow/dripping. I'll be using the next batch to make tallow soap I think!

I used this to make my tallow. It’s just amazing so many uses I use it to fry food and also found it a great hand moisturiser

I like to make my own tallow products and this is some of the nicest beef fat that I have used. Fantastic when rendered down and strained.
