Delicious beefy flavour with plenty of savoury unctuousness; tender easy-to-carve texture; and a wonderful gravy from the juices combined with a little claret. Simply marvellous, and great value. “I’ve always bought Scottish Beef Aberdeen Angus Came across Swaledale by accident thought I’d give them a try and I was not disappointed. Beautiful joints of meat tender juicy and soooo delicious Their centre cut fillet was 1st class. Will be trying the sirloin joints next Their customer service is excellent.
