Native, heritage breeds slow grown on small farms in The Dales, expertly butchered and delivered fresh. Nose-to-tail, nutrient dense and immense flavour.
“We were very disappointed with this joint. It was tasteless to be brutally honest. I checked the cooking method on your website and followed it to the letter, including use of a meat thermometer. I had purchased this joint on the back of having had the best lamb saddle ever and I left you a review for this too. We don't mind paying good money for quality at all, but this is such a shame. I woukd appreciate your comments.”
“Stunning piece of beef - we cooked it offset in a kettle BBQ to an internal temp of 43C - which took an hour and 20 minutes - then rested until it was 50 internal. Quite a lot of fat but so so so much flavour. Definitely worth it for a special occasion.”
“I am a bit reluctant to review this Beef as I want to keep it to myself, No but I mean this the Sirloin Roast was the the best we have had in a very long time we cooked it slow and long and the taste was Fantastic so I very quickly put a new order in 10/10 and fast delivery to well done”
“The perfect alternative to a Cote de Boeuf! This a genuine and very high quality product where respect to the animal and the land it grew up on, slowly, is at the heart of the wonderful flavour and texture. All you need to do here is to be as simple and as respectful as possible to have an amazing roast on the bone.”
