“These steaks were superb, bought to celebrate my son’s birthday. Only issue was, being a clumsy oaf, I dropped the pot of base liquid but managed to recreate from recipes and my son tested the remains of the pot against my mixture. Other than that this, like everything else from Swaledale, was excellent. Since a search for Toulouse sausages a few months back all my meat comes from here. Great job guys”
