The rump steaks from Swaledale I regard amongst the best quality. The Roquefort Butter is a nice addition. Even then, just plain butter and salt do a lot of magic to the experience of eating it too!

What a revelation! This has to be the best steak meal i've had all year, not only was the meat delicious, but the addition of the Roquefort Butter was the perfect accompaniment.
