“This is very flavoursome...I didn't think it was going to taste so good for a "cheap" cut of meat but it was delicious”

“Please I urge you to try this amazing cut of beef. Trust me you won’t be disappointed, advised to cook over a searing heat for 2 ins per side and leave to rest. FANTASTIC!”
