“I have ordered two of these so far and cannot praise them enough. One was cooked as a whole piece of beef, the other sliced thinly before quickly searing. Both times, the taste was superb- even after one of the pieces was frozen, defrosted and cooked. The freezing did not have an adverse effect on the texture or taste - this is a testament to the quality of the meat that Swaledale provides.
Swaledale beef is incredible and I believe that the beef fillet tail offers excellent value for money.
I have made myself hungry, so am off to order a couple more!”
