“Discovered this source of fillet beef after Ocado stopped supplying a similar whole beef fillet. We cut four small Sunday joints out of the1.5kg fillet, which is well sufficient to feed two adults with Monday leftovers and froze until needed. Delivery was rapid and the meat very fresh. We had a joint this last weekend and we’re delighted with the flavour and how tender is was (cooked medium rare). Pleased with purchase and will certainly order again, though we will probably order a mixed meat box next.”
