“I’ve had this several times now and this is quite simply the best filet steak I’ve had anywhere, anyplace, anytime. Succulent, tender, deep beef flavour. I cut this into 3 big chunks, sear in an iron griddle, finish in the oven - olive oil, salt, cracked black pepper. Carving off slices of pink heaven with potatoes done your favourite way and some greens is a sheer delight. Well done Swaledale.”
