“Ridiculously good. Cooked it simply in a hot pan and finished with butter, shallot and rosemary - nothing fancy, just letting the meat do the work. Deep, beefy flavour, proper texture, fat rendered perfectly. Feeds two easily, but still feels like a treat. Not cheap, but 100% worth it.”
