As ever delivery and processing was smooth and efficient. The bag is great, compact and well made. I recently bought the German duffle bag from these guys and have the two together to form a practical travel system. Thanks guys !

Not a bad rucksack; good nick. Perfectly usable bag after a quick clean and a wax of the leather straps. A bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. (Suggest supplier should estimate capacity in litres like a new rucksack for comparison). I'll use it with one strap as a man-bag so no issues.Inside pockets were a bit naff so I unpicked them. Bottom straps just detracted from the look, so some swift action with a knife and I've really usable bag. I think I might wax the canvas - Barbour style. Looks pretty slick if your into the vintage thing. Much better value than the horrible Chinese crap you can get new on e-bay [I know, 'cos I bought one!]

First off, functionally the bag is useful and well thought out with a drinks bottle pocket that can be flipped to the outside of the bag for a bit extra space and straps underneath for a coat/blanket etc. The bag smelt very 'musty', the buckles are rusty, the canvas is stained and the leather straps have seen better days, but it still does the job absolutely fine if you don't mind the 'street cred' of the state its in. Good value for money in terms of what you get, which will still probably last a long while!

Nice little bag, was too small for what I originally wanted it for, however it was great size for the small items I needed on site.

I like the bag but the condition it is in is pretty poor. The buckles have been allowed to rust and stain the fabric.

I bought one to carry my camera in I didn't want to look like I was carrying a camera? Any way a sturdy bag very useful

I saw this backpack while I was looking around this site, it was a bit quirky and really cheap and added it to my order of a jacket. I read before ordering that you could alter the positions of the straps to convert from a backpack to a shoulder bag which I thought would be handy, but since getting my hands on it I find this very useful, I added 20mm quick release buckles as the original buckles were a bit stiff and it transformed the pack, there's plenty of room inside for your stuff and the loops underneath, (I'm assuming for a bedroll and another for a poncho) are really handy for sticking a huge thermos of coffee in as well as a large windbreak I take this pack with me when I fly gliders and it's replaced the old cheapo rucksack I was using, by being able to lash the thermos and windbreak underneath it leaves plenty of room inside for my transmitter and lunch, it's really brilliant wish I'd come to this site sooner.
