“The order was incorrect when delivered but was promptly dealt with and the correct item arrived within a week. While the order error was dealt with quickly I was sent an email about refund, thus was surprised when the item turned up thus while the process and website are efficient the email trial is a bit confusing. “In a particularly bilious shade of brown burnt sienna/russet, this is a sturdy 17cm by 22 cm satchel with two inner pockets one of which -covered with perspex - folds out to a length of 37 cm. Two outer pockets and a folding flap secured with a not-to-fiddley buckle which keeps everything secure and compact. Recommended.”
