“This blanket is rough and quite thin. I washed it, and the stiffness and most of the wool smell came out, and it got a lot softer. However, as a blanket, it is not very thick -for the money, you would be better getting a fleece blanket”

“It had a strange but nice smell, but a couple of washes later gone (sadly) I'm a scout Leader and needed a new blanket as I filled my other one with patches, It is so SOFT and WARM worth every penny. ❤️”

“Nice blanket, looking for a grey throw for dog on sofa and this fits the bill. Yes, does smell kind of oily when new, washed twice before use which has helped. Washed fine at 30deg. I did then tumble dry, which was fine, but it threw up a fair bit of fluff, but all in all a good purchase. Prompt overnight delivery.”

“I wanted a nice plain charcoal-colour wool blanket. Elsewhere something of this size and weight was costing 4 or 5 times this amount. I was worried this blanket would be cheap and horrible given it’s very reasonable price. However, the blanket is great. Washed it on delivery and it’s now perfect. Plenty of fabric, and a good quality heavy weight. It feels substantial and soft. After ordering one for a trial, I’ve now purchased 4.”
