“Not the right size arranged to return items and get size up . Wife decided to keep them for work strange as there ment to be size 9 and she is size 7 there very small so they have put a size 10 behind for me (the only pair they have) but I not getting a reply off. You ref this sent 2 emails so far please help I want to buy another pair they seem real good . Speed of delivery was amazing only a 1 because of the situation I find myself in”

“I bought my boots in August 2020 they arrived promptly and although used were and are in excellent condition. Very warm, waterproof and comfortable. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.”

“Excellent product , The boots are in excellent condition - slight signs of wear - but overall the boots were delivered in a good condition. I polished boots and added waterproofing and this restored the boots to an as new condition. Excellent Customer Services , the staff in shop contacted me directly to ensure that the correct size/type would be sent, boots arrived promptly within 2 days of placing order.”

“The boots are 11 years old so if you think your getting the latest boots out your not. But I’ve got no complaints. Loads of tread good condition and your only paying £50 for miendle boots. In my opinion they are good value for the money and I’d buy a pair again off this company.”
