“First delivery was the large size at 44" chest, however when it arrived the label size was 42" so too small. Having explained the problem they apologised & agreed to send larger size but would not post it until the £8 shirt arrived back with them even tho i explained id be going abroad within days. As predicted, it arrived after id left....so no. ....i cant review the product but due to slack description & inflexible system i havent had the benefit of my shirt. Having previously spent a couple of hundred pounds, i expected better.”

Hi Martin, we are very sorry to read this feedback and of course we are sorry that you are disappointed with our service. We do have to insist on the receipt of returned goods before dispatching replacements and that policy cannot change. This allows us to confirm any errors we've made and then, if appropriate, refund all previous payments, carriage charges etc, as well as the cost of our customers sending such items back to us. However, in circumstances similar to those you had described when ordering, we should have responded far more helpfully, and we apologise unreservedly. “Took heed of previous comments and bought a size large rather than medium. Sizing is on the small side, if I get more I will order XL. Well made garment, good quality fabric.”

“This shirt is of a real high quality and will be excellent for outdoor activities. It arrived real fast, was unissued and in immaculate condition. I normally take a size large but because of previous purchase experience I knew I had to order an extra large. Fits perfectly. Another top item from this awesome company.”
