“Very good service, and I really like the cut of the jacket, but as others have said they smell bad. I washed it 4 times, twice in detergent, once in white vinegar and once in bicarbonate of soda each time at 60c for three hours and I still couldn’t get rid of the smell which meant that - unfortunately- the jackets gone straight to the charity shop.”

“Sleeves were at least 4 inches too short! Otherwise jacket was just what I wanted. After some initial confusion, re. communication, customer service was excellent. Trader has offered to check arm lengths if I were to purchase a replacement but I had to shoulder the postage costs both ways when I returned this jacket for a refund, and I am reluctant to do it again.”

“Really nice jacket and ideal for what I want. Just a shame about the really strong musty smell from it. I have washed it twice already but it is going to need another wash before I think the smell will be finally gone”

“Great looking jacket, I bought it as a light weight hiking jacket but I can see it getting regular use as a casual everyday coat in fair weather. Delivered quickly and looks brand new. Contemplating getting a spare.”
