“Not very happy. I am still carrying out repairs to the trousers days after receiving them. They were clean, at least, but one leg zip slider is broken, and the zip cloth is split at the other end of the same leg. On the other leg one slider is stuck solid and the outer trouser material is torn near the other end. The crutch seam had split and had to be sewn back together. The inner waistband had a 60mm tear in it where the tape tie exits and has had to be patched and, finally (I hope), the quilting stitching is broken or non-existant in at least 7 places - I'm still counting!!! I can supply photographs if required. I am handy with a sewing machine and, once repaired these will be ok for my purposes. These look like they were handed in for replacement during service but not binned. I have come unstuck in the past and lost more money trying to return such purchases so I did not complain immediately but decided to complete repairs myself. The price of the item looked ok in the ad but the p&p seems expensive. The lead time was good and the courier communication was excellent. I don't know if you have a compensation scheme but I feel that I deserve some reduction in the price for my trouble.”
