“I'm going to say so far so good. The trousers were delivered very promptly and were in first-class condition, effectively like new. I ordered the wrong size so I have had to send them back unfortunately. Obviously, this is not the fault of the vendor but it will bring into focus their customer service standards and their returns policy and procedures. So far they seem like a reasonable company to do business with so at this moment I'm happy to recommend them. So to update I am not so happy now. I returned the trousers at my own expense. Fair enough as I'd ordered the wrong size. I asked for them to be replaced with the next waist size up and the same inside leg. Fatness can vary for an individual but height doesn't. So they said they would send the next size up as soon as I returned the original order and paid an additional £5 postage. Unfortunately they have sent trousers with the correct waist but are 4" too long. They could have just said they don't have my size in stock. It would have been far more helpful.”

“Quality material and very comfortable. Perfect fit. Disappointed in that there are bleach marks or similar in an obvious position on the leg. Also disappointed that the photo shows a pocket on the side of the leg but my purchase does not but "styles vary".”
