“Very sturdy pair of trousers with a very comfortable cut. Due to the hot weather in the last weeks, I didn't have much chance to properly test them, but I am sure they will hold up to much abuse.”

“These were purchased to be part of a space pirate / steampunk costume and they do the job perfectly. I ordered a 38” waist and will need to use a belt. They do sit higher on the waist than modern jeans. They also come quite long in the leg. I’m only 5’10” at asked for a 32” leg as I wear in modern jeans. Not sure how long these are, but I’d guess they are 34” leg. Would be quite easy to roll the leg up and re-hem if needed, although I’ll be wearing them tucked inside a pair of boots so not a problem. I’ve never worn these types of jeans before, but I think they’re designed to be worn over trousers as they have a couple of “pockets” that allow access to the side of the garment. So if you used them as over-trousers you could access your under-trousers’ pockets if needed. These fake pockets are buttoned so if you weren’t wearing them as over-trousers it’s not a problem. Shipping was super-fast. I ordered them on Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. Although as I mentioned in my greatcoat review I received my dispatch notification at 8am Tuesday morning and they arrived at 9:30am on the same Tuesday morning. This could’ve meant that I wasn’t in to receive my parcel as I assumed I’d get my order the following day. That’s my only niggle though. I highly recommend these trousers.”
