“Ordered 20 sleepers and they said I would have to lift the pallet off the lorry. If they offer this product surely they should be able to deliver it to your property. Asked for a refund.”

Good Morning Thank you for your feedback. I can see your order is currently in process of being returned to sender and the refund discussed will be issued on receipt of the goods back to our warehouse. On placing an order via our website, we do display before and after ordering that two people will be required for offload of these goods when delivery via our craned service is not available. To ensure this is carried out as effectively as possible, the courier is required to contact you directly to schedule in a suitable delivery date. This is common practice for pallet deliveries for items longer than a vehicle opening of 1.2m wide. I am sorry if you did miss this information when placing your order. “I needed 20 sleepers for a garden project and shopped around to find some good quality softwood pressure treated sleepers. After looking at the various companies out there, Suregreen were the only supplier that had a good price, free delivery and good reviews. After placing the order, I was contacted by customer services to confirm the date for delivery and on the day a phone call with the approximate time slot. When Suregreens huge truck arrived the driver was extremely helpful and courteous and unloaded the sleepers to the exact area that I needed them. Overall a first class service from a company that I highly recommend.”

“Fast contact with me regarding delivery was made. Driver contacted me as I requested once he was in area. He helped to bring the pallet on his trolley as close as possible to house. Sleepers just as described and of good quality. Would recommend this company.”
