“First one broke' second one seems to have a more sturdy motor and is lasting. Cleaning every month and having no bother so far. If you hear a popping sound on the bean grinder it's on its way out possibly but customer services were abit slow (not their fault, probably understaffed) but after 5 days got a coffee machine sent out and it's been no bother so hence why I didn't give a full 5. Good machine and links to alexa well”

“Took a while to set up , the app isn’t very good . It should make a two cup portion but so far I’m unable to find out how to do it . I did message the help deck but never got a reply. The machine itself for the money is good .”

“Constantly blocking Feed through to coffee pot gets bent and stops the flow. Asked for return and refund but they just want to mend it. Only had it three months and been out of action more than it’s worked
Still no joy from customer services, they want me to video no coffee coming through to prove its faulty and then because they have stalled me so long I am no longer entitled to a refund”
