We always aim to please and glad your delivery to Romania was quick and seamless ! Our mats are almost as popular as our bedsheets now and more an more people are adding them in as a secondary earthing source, especially in the winter months when its too cold to go barefoot outside. “Nice quality. I bought this to allow my OH to use it for short periods. He has been unwell for a number of years and I was concerned that buying a sheet would expose his body to too much change in a short time period. He used the mat initially for 15 minutes a day gradually increasing the time. He felt nothing 1st two days. Day 3 feet his legs tingling and day four his toes started dancing. As he has neuropathy this was quite amazing. Looking forward to more improvements as time goes in.”

Sorry it was just a 2 Star review, but we find that if you are using a mat at home its kind pf a supplement the main earthing you can do which is the bed sheet. Sadly it's unlikely anyone ( even the very patient ones amongst us ) can stand on mat for 8 hours straight. Enjoy your Earthing journey ! Best wishes, Steve, Simon and the Team at Sleep Earthed.

“bought the mat ,been using it daily ,it's handy for this this time of year where it's cold and wet and not ideal for walking barefoot outside ,sleep has improved , anxiety lowered and my BP has restored to normal .”

“Having seen some documentaries on grounding I was interested to see if it could help with inflammation and improve my sleep. I have been suffering with tennis elbow for quite some time, and although I have also seen an osteopath at the same time, who gave me some exercises, the pain in my elbow and forearm has decreased by up to 90%. I have been using the mat in the evening and I also pIace it under my arm at night in bed. The Osteopath was surprised at how quickly the pain had diminished. My sleep has also improved where I feel its been a lot deeper. I still wake up about 3 but its easier to get back to sleep again. I definitely don't feel as tired and sluggish in the morning. Now I want to get my mum one who has an autoimmune disease to see if it will help with inflammation.”

“My old earthed mouse mat, bought from a different company, started shedding black bits. When I reported it they sent me a new one. After a year the same thing started happening. Your large earthed keyboard and mouse mat has a trim around it which stops the mat shedding. Absolutely love it! Highly recommended.”
