“One day I was trying to turn off my touch sensitive side lamp and could not turn it off. Then I noticed I was standing on the mat and when I came off the mat to my surprise the touch sensitivity was responsive to me again! It definitely grounds so I have no doubt about it's function. I use the mat for meditations and get deeper body experiences when using this as opposed to nothing at all. It's too soon to notice more broader changes within my body.”

Hello from Sleep Earthed....... That would be correct as you were earthed and the lamp would not respond to that. We find that if people use their phones in bed when on an earthing bedsheet they also experience a tingling sensation as the sheet is taking the charge from the case of the phone down to earth also. This is why its not advisable to use tablets or phones in bed when they are on charge. But it's great you are feeling that the product is working for you. “After about 6 weeks of sleeping with my (bare) lower legs/feet on the mat, I feel no different at all. How do I know if the mat is faulty?”

Hello from Sleep Earthed, Just to let you know we don't recommend using the Earthing Mats in bed - That's why we make the Earthing Bed Sheets. The mat won't be faulty, but it has a "conductive side" and a "non conductive" side. My guess is you've put the mat is such a way as you are using the non conductive side. But again, its not a great thing to use in bed as it can be a bit clammy. Plus you wont be connected to it all night, as its small and people tend to move their legs around when in bed. Hence we again don't recommend you use it in the bed. As per the picture attached the conductive side of the mat has the popper and lead on it. I hope this helped..... We always aim to please and glad your delivery to Romania was quick and seamless ! Our mats are almost as popular as our bedsheets now and more an more people are adding them in as a secondary earthing source, especially in the winter months when its too cold to go barefoot outside. “Nice quality. I bought this to allow my OH to use it for short periods. He has been unwell for a number of years and I was concerned that buying a sheet would expose his body to too much change in a short time period. He used the mat initially for 15 minutes a day gradually increasing the time. He felt nothing 1st two days. Day 3 feet his legs tingling and day four his toes started dancing. As he has neuropathy this was quite amazing. Looking forward to more improvements as time goes in.”

Sorry it was just a 2 Star review, but we find that if you are using a mat at home its kind pf a supplement the main earthing you can do which is the bed sheet. Sadly it's unlikely anyone ( even the very patient ones amongst us ) can stand on mat for 8 hours straight. Enjoy your Earthing journey ! Best wishes, Steve, Simon and the Team at Sleep Earthed.

“bought the mat ,been using it daily ,it's handy for this this time of year where it's cold and wet and not ideal for walking barefoot outside ,sleep has improved , anxiety lowered and my BP has restored to normal .”
