The terms are very good & comparable interest rates to those who would have been offered a mortgage in a conventional way which I was surprised by . “Mortgage offered and house is weeks away. This is by a genuine person who got in a muddle when a relationship broke down. Ps I’d pay the fees again I’m a heartbeat for the graft that went into this.”

“Simply adverse was the only company I turned to who was able to get me the amount of loan that I needed to help me buy a property and with a reputable bank I was not even dreaming of providing me with a mortgage. When my broker Hayley who is very helpful and proffessional got me the AIP I thought it was a joke because every were was offering me much less.The broker fee is a little hefty but once you get pass the figures you will say it was worth it .Hayley, Paige and the others that work behind the scenes does a fantastic job especially for people with adverse credit and first time buyers. They are always responsive to your calls and emails, very respectful and mannable. God could not have provided me with a more credited team than simply adverse. Thank you for making my dream coming through as a home owner.”
