“I’ve always struggled to get myself on the property ladder, I had my reservations about trying again with how everything is at the moment but decided that I would try again and see how it all went. The process was a little more in depth than it would have been if the r could use a high street lender, however it was worth it because we submitted the application after the in house underwriting team had sifted through everything thoroughly so they were prepared for any questions asked by the lender. From submitting the application to having the offer accepted was under 2 weeks. So pleased to finally be able to get myself on the property ladder.”
