“As a product, they work very well and keep water out effectively. However, the sizing is completely off. I’m a UK size 8 and ordered the XL Skinz, but they barely fit. I have to use my narrowest shoes for them to go on at all, regular trainers are impossible. Aside from the sizing issue, they’re great.”

“Die Winter- Fahrradschuhe kann ich sehr empfehlen, jedoch die fallen sehr klein auf, ich habe bestellt XL und habe 45,5 Schuhgroße und die XL Große hat garnicht gepasst, Lieber Lieferant, wie kann ich die Schuhe entweder auf XXL tauschen oder zurückschicken? Freundliche Grüße”

“All I can say is I couldn't get them over my shoes, therefore have never been able to wear them.”

“The overshoe is a bit stiff to put on, on it's first couple of uses, but eases up over time. It has done a great job of keeping the water out during a heavy downpour on a ride. My feet were slightly damp (as you would expect in heavy rain), but nothing nearly as bad as I have had with other overshoes. Great product that is serving me well so far!”

“This is my second pair of Sealkinz Hempton overshoes. The first one got damaged, with holes on both tips after only 1 year. Sealskinz replaced them free of charge. On my first pair, I noticed that they were very tight to put them on, although I ordered the right size (L with 43 EU size). It was a pain to put them on. Now I ordered XL and I think now they fit as they should. They are still new and I cannot judge how reliable they are, but I am very convinced that the reason for the damage was the small size. Especially as MTB shoes have a rough sole. For the Hempton over shoes I would give 5 stars, but with the size recommendation from Sealskinz, I only give 4. They are warm, look good and now they are easier to put on. If you buy this product, please order one size larger if you can. For people with shoes size 45 or larger, I would not recommend this product. I will revise my review in case they become damaged again, which I doubt.”
