“Underlay came fast with gripper pack. Came in one big square piece and need to cut to size myself for each step on stair. Made carpet we put down feel really nice and soft. Plus the carpet runner arrived at the same time. Would definitely recommend”
“Great quality. Accidentally ordered for 14 stairs instead of 16 and customer services offered to send the extra free of charge. Also had some grippers missing but again they quickly offered to send free of charge (not required as managed to get some from a neighbour)”
