“I ordered two runners. The wider of the two requires the underlay to be in two pieces. I wasn’t expecting that but I am confident that will not be noticeable once installed.”
“There was a gripper short in the pack and we had to use the off cuts to make another length.
Also the underlay pads were a poor quality - they were obviously just scrap pieces as most of them had knife cuts through them causing them to split, none of them had straight edges. I had to measure and cut each one to try and make a decent pad.”

I can assure you that the underlay provided in these packs are not scrap but what might of happened is they could have been accidently cut unevenly when preparing your order, which we deeply apologise for.
Again, we truley apologise for any inconvience caused by this mistake but we are glad to hear that you managed to make it work despite the inconvenience.
