I sent them an email, and they replied incredibly quickly. Without me having to do anything, they arranged for Royal Mail to intercept and return the incorrect order, and at the same time sent out the correct one.
That level of care and efficiency is genuinely rare. They made the whole situation completely effortless and stress-free.
