“I wanted some extra grommets for a rubber belt. I requested a quote via the chat and was happy with the price. They then sent me an email communcating the purchasing details. As the grommets were workshop inventory, it was put through as a rubber item. They even warned me to ignore any automated emails about a 4 week wait (their workshop lead time for custom orders at the time), hut I never got any. I'm rather happy that they pre-empted any potenial customer concern/worry about an order. Quick and easy shipping, excellent service.”
