“Not suitable for long-term use. Painful on the balls and also can slip off, despite being locked. Bought it as it said it was adjustable, but found this device just didn't work for me”

“It took me a couple of days to get used to this, but it was well worth it. There are so many permutations with the cuff like cock ring and the metal extenders. It's the perfect weight for me, at 400g! You know you're wearing it. I reckon this is the best you can get short of made to measure. Highly recommended.”
